How we handle your data
The short version
We don't track you. This site has no analytics, no tracking cookies and no advertising pixels. The only thing stored in your browser is your language preference — and it never leaves your device.
When you send a message in the live demo, your text is sent to Anthropic PBC (United States) to generate the reply. We do not store your message, and it is not used to train models. Please don't enter personal data, real order numbers or anything confidential — the store is fictional, so there is no reason to.
Who is responsible
Midell Global, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is the controller for this website. Contact us at hello@midellglobal.com with any privacy question.
Varaporn Consulting (Pattaya, Thailand) is a separately registered company under common ownership, and is the controller for its own services and website.
What we actually collect
- Server logs. Our web server records your IP address, timestamp, the page requested and your browser type. This is used solely to run the site and to stop abuse. Logs are deleted automatically after roughly 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Demo rate limiting. To stop the demo being abused, we hold your IP address in memory for up to 10 minutes to count requests. It is never written to disk.
- Language preference. Stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Not a cookie, not shared with anyone.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep your message as long as needed to answer you and to meet accounting obligations.
We never sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Third parties
- Anthropic PBC (USA). Processor for the Alfredium demo. Receives only what you type into the chat.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, which therefore see your IP address. We are moving the fonts onto our own server to remove this.
- Hetzner (Germany). The server sits in the EU and is operated by us.
Transfers to the United States (Anthropic, Google) rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct and delete data about you, to object to processing, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. We will not ask you for more information than we need to find your data.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and the date at the top. No silent revisions.
